Processing Times

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

    8-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia
    8-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia

    All advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee.

    Reliable, Tracked Shipping

    Includes tracking on all parcels. Tracking email and automatic Shopify updates once order has been despatched.

    By using Australia Post and Couriers Please, we are able to offer the widest delivery coverage in Australia. Includes all Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes and remote locations for a flat rate fee.

    Express Post within Australia

    Shipping & Delivery Estimates

    5-12 business days to most metro areas in Australia
    5-15 business days to non-metro areas in Australia

    Sweatshirts (crewnecks & hoodies) and designs with double-sided prints may add an average 1-3 business days to the production time.

    Estimated time includes production + delivery. All advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee. In terms of production times and priority,

    Express Post Orders are received and processed the same as Standard Post orders. The only difference is the delivery method.

    Includes tracking on all parcels. Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and PO Boxes.

International Shipping

    2-4 weeks to major partners (USA, UK, New Zealand)
    2-8 weeks to most other countries

    Estimated time includes production + delivery

    There is no guarantee of delivery times with International orders. Some orders and destinations may take weeks or months.

    Tracked Shipping

    DHL eCommerce Global Mail service provides basic tracking on request. May not have local country tracking in some countries. NOTE: Shipments out of Australia are not updated with tracking automatically to Shopify. Tracking can be requested manually via our Support email
